Doctor G is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language medical campus comedy-drama film directed by Anubhuti Kashyap and produced by Junglee Pictures. Ayushmann Khurrana and Rakul Preet Singh have worked together in the comedy film ‘Doctor G’. The film will surely be a hit among the audience who are looking for a light-hearted film with a great cast. From the 3-minute trailer, it looks like they make a perfect pair.
The trailer of this film begins with Ayushmann Khurrana i.e. Dr. Uday Gupta. Uday Gupta wanted to take Orthology after their studies but due to some reason, he had to take Gynecology subject. He didn’t want to come to this department at all but he had to work in this department to run the household expenses.
One day as soon as he reached the hospital, a female patient and her husband came there to get the test done. Asks to remove many clothes to check the lady but later gets into trouble.
Dr. Uday Gupta wanted to become an orthopedic surgeon while studying at the Medical Campus. Even after having a women’s department, he feels insecure and uncomfortable in treating women. Meanwhile, Uday is being raped by the senior girls. But gradually everything goes right and Uday Gupta also hangs out with those girls. Rakul Preet Singh (appears in the lead role as Dr. Fatima Siddiqui and she is also Dr. Uday Gupta’s senior. After a few days slowly love falls between the two but Dr. Fatima Siddiqui was engaged.
Both Fatima and Uday kiss each other but are unable to take their love forward as Fatima was already engaged. Fatima said that she does not want to love another person by deceiving him. One day a woman reaches the hospital for delivery but she was very upset due to less time. At that time Dr. Uday Gupta reaches there and starts taking the woman to the operating theater but the theater was full.
Because of this Dr. Uday Gupta had to deliver the woman in the corridor of the hospital itself. This was Uday Gupta’s first delivery after reaching the women’s department. After the delivery, the woman told that she had given birth to two children earlier but luckily not a single child survived. Uday felt very sad after hearing that thing of the woman.
After the successful delivery, Uday had to appear in front of his senior officer and doctor due to delivery in the corridor. At that point in the film, Doctor G, it seems as if Dr. Uday Gupta will be thrown out of the hospital. But at that time he is saved due to the statement of Fatima Siddiqui and his friends.

What I liked about the Doctor G Movie –
I really enjoyed watching DoctorG’s movie. This is the story of a doctor who, despite having a women’s department, feels insecure and uncomfortable treating women. But gradually with the change of time, he also started treating women and he became a good doctor. What I liked the most in this film is that he brings to the fore the human behavior done by his friend to the girl.
That day Dr. Uday Gupta saved the life of that girl with his life. Despite saving the girl’s life, he got reprimanded in front of his DM and senior doctor. In fact, this film teaches the youth of India to behave well towards girls. The way Dr. Uday saved the life of that girl by taking her out of the clinic and taking her to the hospital is commendable.

I would give a solid 8/10 to Doctor G Movie. The plot is engrossing and the characters are well-developed. The cinematography and sound design are top-notch, creating an immersive experience for the viewers. Overall, Dr.The movie is a highly entertaining and engaging film that I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a thriller and comedy movie.
